AI Starts Working on e-Commerce
Artificial intelligence technology or Artificial Intelligence (AI) has now been extended to e-Commerce. The presence of AI is suspected to facilitate online shopping activities.
According to CEO Yuna & Co. Winzendy Tedja AI adoption and machine learning will help buyers make quicker decisions, especially fahshion products. But not only buyers will be helped, online sellers will feel the same benefits.
"The presence of AI will help the seller in offering the right promotional activities," said Winzendy in his statement, Sunday (17/12/2017).
Because of the importance of this technology, Yuna application was infiltrated AI and machine learning. Using chatbots, Yuna studied fashion styles, user preferences, then matched them with items offered by a variety of fashion brands. When likened, chatbot in Yuna is like a personal assistant.

There are currently 32 brands in Yuna with over 500,000 SKUs that allow millions of matching mix and matches. Targeted in the second quarter of 2018, Yuna can get about 100 registered local and foreign brands.
